Free audit and discovery meetings

The initial automation audit is free and creates no obligation to buy. You may withdraw an enquiry at any time before accepting a paid proposal. If a meeting is arranged, please give reasonable notice so the time can be released. Repeated missed meetings may mean we do not offer another slot.

Before a paid project starts

A proposal may have an acceptance deadline and may require a deposit or first milestone payment before work is scheduled. Until the written agreement is accepted and any stated initial payment is received, dates are indicative and no delivery capacity is reserved.

Cancelling a paid project

The accepted proposal or services agreement sets the cancellation method, notice, milestone treatment and consequences. It distinguishes work already completed, committed third-party costs, non-cancellable licences, reserved delivery time and any refundable balance. Those agreed terms take priority over this general page.

On cancellation, each party returns or deletes confidential information where the agreement requires it. Relaymere may provide paid handover assistance if requested and available.

Changes, pauses and rescheduling

Changes to scope, dependencies or client availability can affect delivery dates and price. Material changes are recorded in writing. A prolonged client-caused pause may require rescheduling, payment for completed work or a restart plan under the project agreement.

Ongoing care and subscriptions

Any recurring care, maintenance or support plan states its billing cycle, minimum term, renewal, notice period, included capacity and treatment of prepaid amounts. Offboarding covers access removal, credentials, documentation, exports and responsibility for third-party accounts.

Suspension or cancellation by Relaymere

A project agreement may allow work to be paused or ended for non-payment, unlawful or unsafe instructions, security concerns, persistent lack of required access or a serious breach. Where practical, Relaymere explains the issue and allows a reasonable opportunity to correct it before ending the service.

Business clients and statutory rights

The services are designed primarily for organisations and business users. If Relaymere agrees to supply a consumer, additional cancellation information and statutory rights may apply and will be provided before the contract is made. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How to give notice

Formal cancellation requirements appear in the relevant agreement. General questions: hello@relaymere.site. Keep written confirmation of any cancellation or rescheduling request.
